Review: Generally helpful staff. I visit occasionally when I need hard to source products and spend a lot of money as they have a great meat section, however I have at times had “old” veg that has been sold full price which is annoying. I don’t usually bother with reviews but after a recent phone call to find out if an item was stocked I was answered in an abrupt irritated manner with, “ Yeah? .. (I asked question) Oh I don’t know, I’m on the meat counter, you’d have to come in shop and see for yourself, ….tutted, then passed phone to a lady who didn’t know either” I’m not bothered they didn’t know, but the manner of this “man” was appalling. This is one customer they’ve lost, there are lots of terrific shops around that would welcome my custom with a polite greeting.

Review: High quality farm shop with everything you need from bread to frozen to a well stocked value butcher (and a ton In-between). Definitely makes me happy to live around the corner. The butchers alone cheaper and higher quality than supermarket fodder.

Review: We went Pumpkin Picking today and what a fabulous outing. Lots of photo opps, BBQ, toasting marshmallows, ice cream and seeing the animals.
The shop also had great selection of goodies.
Definitely recommend for a halloween activity. We didnt go in the cafe as we had the BBQ in the barn but it looked lovely.

Review: This is a great, traditional farm shop with a good range of local and brand-name products. It’s a good village shop too, and prices are generally reasonable, unlike many ‘lifestyle’ farm shops where prices are astronomical! There’s also a small collection of farm animals to visit, which is a great addition. Staff are friendly and helpful too.

Review: Spent a lovely afternoon here. Had a super lunch, provided by very efficient and friendly staff in the cafe. Spent time in the petting zoo where the farmer was happy to chat about the animals. The farm shop was nicely stocked. A bonus was it was free to park. A lovely interlude.
