Not only was the arrangement perfect, but she also went above and beyond by helping me craft the message to go with it, which made the whole experience feel even more personal. Review: I received Mother’s Day flowers from my son. The quality & quantity of flowers was appalling. Flowers wilting and browning petals on the 1 rose in them. Should be described as a bouquet of foliage. Extremely disappointing.
Today I received a beautiful replacement bouquet. Thank you so much for listening and taking on board my comment about the initial flowers received. Excellent customer service.
